You’ll talk through your goals, training history, and day-to-day life. We’ll look at how you move, discuss any past/current injuries, any restrictions. We will outline what good training could look like for you.

If we move ahead, your plan is built from the ground up

It’s shaped around your goals, experience, and lifestyle, never a cookie-cutter template or the latest fad.

We’ll agree on regular session times that work with your week and begin with a structured twice a week 4-week block to build momentum.

Training

Training at G180 is designed to be focused, and personal in a space that gives you room to think, move, and train without distraction.

The aim is to help you build strength and fitness that feel sustainable, not exhausting. That doesn’t mean easy, it means training with purpose and intent, balancing effort with control, so the work challenges you without breaking you.

As you train, you’ll start to notice small things changing, how you move, how you carry yourself, how much more capable you feel day to day.

Progress

Progress shows up in different ways. You move better, feel fitter, lift more, look different or just have more energy day to day. Maybe you start noticing the ripple effects that often come downstream from training, you eat a little better, move a little more, stand a little taller. Training starts to spill into everything else without you forcing it.

Over time, training becomes part of how you live, not something you start and stop. The goal isn’t perfection, it’s steady progress that fits around life, not fights against it
